Offline play and local data

The current iCraft release works without a game account. Worlds, buildings and preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not send this game data to an iCraft server.

Advertising, tracking and analytics

The current release does not show advertisements and does not include an active advertising, tracking or third-party analytics service.

Photos and sharing

If you choose to export a game photo, the app creates the image and opens the system sharing interface after its parental gate. You decide where to save or share it. The selected destination handles the image under its own privacy terms. The app does not request access to the camera, microphone or your photo library.

Children

There is no user account, chat or public posting service in the app. Sharing a game photo requires the parental gate. Please have a parent or guardian contact support on a child’s behalf.

Deletion and backups

You can delete individual worlds in the app. Deleting the app may remove its local data. Backups made through Apple or a destination you select are subject to that provider’s settings and terms.

Support and this website

If you contact support, the information you send is used to answer your request. Please send only what is necessary. This website uses no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or contact-form trackers. Its hosting provider processes connection information needed to deliver and secure the pages; those website access logs are separate from game data.

Your rights and storage periods

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a data protection authority. Contact us using the details below. We keep support correspondence only while needed to resolve the request or meet legal obligations. Hosting connection data is retained according to the hosting service’s security and operational requirements. We do not receive your locally stored worlds through the app.

Legal basis and hosting

Support correspondence is processed to answer your request, as a pre-contractual or contractual matter where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or based on our legitimate interest in providing support (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Website delivery and security are based on our legitimate interest in operating this information service. Hosting is provided by Hostinger; see its privacy information.
